Order your repeats online, then collect them in Winton or pick them up in Otautau or Nightcaps.

What happens next

  1. We check your prescription

    We match your request to your current prescription from your doctor.

  2. We get it ready

    Your pharmacist dispenses and checks your medicine.

  3. You collect it

    From Winton, or from the next run to Otautau or Nightcaps.

Run out of repeats? Prescription medicines need a current prescription from your doctor. Order anyway, and we’ll let you know if you need to contact your medical centre.

Delivery and pickup points

We dispense everything in Winton and send it out on our daily runs.

  • Winton

    Collect from the pharmacy during opening hours. If you can’t get in, call us and we’ll arrange a home delivery.

  • Otautau

    Leave prescriptions at our depot at Carleton’s Healthcare. They’re sent to us, dispensed in Winton and delivered back at 10.30am and 2.30pm.

  • Nightcaps

    Delivered to Nightcaps Food Square once a day, free of charge thanks to TSL Freight.

Cut-off: 12.30pm. Prescriptions and repeat requests for Otautau and Nightcaps need to reach us by 12.30pm on the day of delivery.

Sending us a prescription

Prescriptions can be posted, faxed, scanned or emailed to us, or dropped off at our Otautau depot.

If your doctor gave you a paper prescription, we still need the original. Please get it to us before, or when, you collect your medicine.

Taking a lot of medicines?

We can pack them into weekly or monthly Medico Pak blister packs, sorted by day and time. If you take warfarin, we can also test your INR here instead of at the lab.
