How the Otautau depot works

Michelle and Geoff Carleton ran a pharmacy in Otautau as well as Winton. Since 2003, Otautau has been a prescription depot: prescriptions left at Carleton’s Healthcare are sent to Winton, dispensed and checked by our pharmacists, and delivered back to the depot for you to collect.

Medicines come back to the depot at 10.30am and 2.30pm. Prescriptions and repeat requests need to reach us by 12.30pm on the day of delivery.

Ordering a repeat

You don’t need to go to the depot to order a repeat. Use our repeat prescription form and choose Otautau as your pickup point, or phone us.
